Flat Top Drop Bars?

Hi, when I was last in the lbs, I sat on a lovely bike with handlebars that felt very comfy and looked good.
It's hard to describe the bars; they where drop bars, but the tops weren't round, but flat.

Sorry about the poor description.
Are there bars like this without the killer price tag? I can't seem to find any. And is there a name for this type of bar? Other than "flat top drop bars" lol.
Cheers.

3T make some alloy drop bars with a flat top called the Ergonova.

I'm afraid carbon ones (e.g. 3T, Cinelli RAM, Deda Presa etc) tend to be a bit expensive.0 -
Thanks for the reply.
Those appear to be $400, so not really cheaper than the carbon ones. Are flat tops just for expensive bars then?0 -
3T ergonova. Flat! if you like like them that way.0

No they are about £60. You must have been looking at the Carbon version.

They are not quite as flat on top as some of the carbon bars.0 -
Yeh, I looked them up some more and realised I had looked at the carbon version. The ally looks good though.
Thanks.0 -

My mate got some decent alu aero bars from Planet X for about £40. I think there are a few people that do them for a reasonable price.
Luckily I managed to get a carbon FSA K-Wing for £80 when CRC made a pricing mistake
