Hangover is the word of today. Found out just how much of a lightweight ive turned into with the drinking since not drinking heavily in a long time. 9 beers, chucked up and passed out.

Now just enjoying the large red bull can, a comp sesh, and then about to go have lunch with some friends.

Morning peeps, am off to get a new tile cutter as I blew up mine yesterday, then possibly have a jaunt into Lichfield for a browse and a coffee. After that to my mummys for Sunday tea.

Seeing as I woke up so late today I decided to have double the lunch to make up for missing breakfast. 1 pack of bacon down, and some sausages, but no eggs because I don't have any.

feck all again. been reparing my seized seatpost clamp, the bolt didin't wanna move, fortunatly i was able to get it now, put a bit of wd40 on it and then it will be assembled again with a good covering of grease.

will do some homework later but apart from that i will be lazy.

can't wait till i have enough to buy some shimano saint cranks

Was going to go for lunch at my parents' house, but my nan had a mini-stroke this morning so I'm going to go over and see her instead. First, though, I'll be heading over to Sandwell Valley for a quick first ride on the Scandal, in anticipation of taking it over the the Chase either tomorrow or Wednesday.

Strange day today. I was out in a Citroen 2CV yesterday, and buyin tents with a woman from work. Today she text me sayin she likes me a lot :? Really didn't expect that. I've declined, work will be interesting tomorrow.

Today I hope I will manage to fit my new brake and gear cables to my commuter. It'll make going into work much more fun.

well im putting off kitting the rest of the shed out ad starting on the nursery, been busy all morning and managed to buy another bike "for the missus" lol, a gt Zaskar, i best get my finger out and crack on with some work

Afternoon All,

Pretty good weekend all round, best friend has been up to visit, got a pretty new phone. Just gutted I was getting a kitten but my brother's being a a*se so can't have it. Meh.

Took the roadie bike out today and tried a bit of cyclocross on it in a big playing field with my kid in tow. Even tried a few drops offs where the field has a steep embankment and it survived OK. Bit slippy on semi-slicks mind !

Now got a big pot of stew on the go for dinner

Been looking at some UST tyres to go with my XTR wheels Think I shall give them a whirl....
