Does anyone have experience with this chain is it possible the chain stretched a 8th of a inch in 100km ? I got 2 of these chains and I normally change chains every other ride to save the cassette. So I went to measure my new chain against my old one with 100km on it and it was like 1\ 8th longer for the same number of links. I don't know how thats possible I thought this was a good chain anyone got any thoughts?

KMC are the best chains I've used and it sounds like you've got a duff one or something.

Are you checking this with a chain checker?

If so, is the stretch consistent across all links or localised?

Might be a broken link or something....

None are broke and I read reviews and the reviews for the kmc were great so I am thinking I got a bad chain or something.

How are you measuring the chain? Not across rollers I hope, as roller wear has nothing to do with chain elongation and can safety be ignored. For that reason almost all chain checker tools are completely worthless.
