How often do you check your nuts?

I've just finished building a bike and have followed all manufacturers recommend torque settings. I just wondered how often you recheck your nuts.
I've got to say I don't really want to check all the other nuts, but are there some that you all check on regular basis!

I check mine about once a week. Can't be too careful with the Big C!
There aren't any nuts on the bike that I can think of apart from the brakes, and they only get looked at when it's time to take them off for the end-of-season deep clean. Most parts will start to behave oddly if their screws come loose so I just rely on that (as I can't remember it ever happening).- - - - - - - - - -

After your first decent ride check everything is still as it should be. Anything that's not, retorque it and check it again after your next ride, keep doing this until you're confident nothings going to come apart on you. Most bits and pieces should stay torqued from day one. If a particular component requires more than two or three goes, I would start to question if it's made and fitted correctly. You've no won the Big Cup since 1902!0
