Anyone in the Upminster area?

Hi there,
I'm fairly new to Essex and I love cycling the countryside around here. Thing is, I've got no-one to go with. I was thinking of joining the Upminster cycling club but I'm a bit concerned I might not be quick enough to keep up. I'm fairly fit and cycle quite often but I'd rather get out and about and build my fitness a bit more first.
If there is anyone on here who fancies the odd bike ride - maybe 10-20 miles or so once a week - in the Upminster/Ockendon area then please get in touch because I find it so much more motivating to cycle with someone else.
