Has anyone got a set of service instructions for this hub and freehub, I've looked all over the internet but the information is very limited.

Cheers

cant belive it can be to hard.

    undo the ends.

look for flats or allen keys.

Yeah got both the ends off no problem, there is a circlip in the non driveside again not a problem but there is this weird retaining ring type thing in the freehub body which looks lik it needs a special tool for removal/ refitting. I have managed to get this off too but the freehub is siezed.

I understand that the bearings comprise of a couple of normal cartridge bearings and one set of needle bearings.

I appreciate that it is probably fairly simple to service, but, as it`s not my hub, I don`t want to start throwing my hammer about without a base knowledge of how it comes appart.

    general rule of thumb.

if it wont move with moderate force DONT hit it.

unless it is bearings and they can be seen to be clear to drift out.

Axles often come out from the disc side. but not always.
if the hub has a 12mm axle the body often just pules off. But......

Cheers, I still can`t believe the lack of support available for these hubs, they retail at £140 and are a standard fitting on many factory bikes.

If it's similar to an Abbah/Lawwill hub, once you've removed all visible circlips from the hub, the axle will knock out along with the bearings, and to re-assemble just reverse. I couldn't find a guide for the Abbah/Lawwill either but after 10 mins i'd worked it out, they're very simple hubs :)
