Chain Ring Compatibility

Hello
Thought I had a 5600 Triple chainset but believe it is actually a Shimano FCR-553
I need a new 39 tooth middle ring but wondered if I can fit any 39 tooth chainring from the 5603, 5703, 6603, 6703 chainsets.
Will it impact front shifting by doing this? Seems to be the Ultegra 6700 inner chainrings are cheaper than the rest.
Is the 553 very cheap and would I be better moving to 105?
Advise please

Bobfish,
I run 6603 Ultegra without any of the original chainrings. It shifts but not like when it was new. To compound the problem the rings have to be from the same year as your chainset or they may not match.
I like the lifting pins on Ultegra chainrings but they are not on the likes of 105. Buy the complete chainset it's cheaper in the long run.
