Hmmmm, seems like they'd be 'done' without any proof. Which stinks.

It could just be a lot of hot air from the politicians.

He who smelt it, dealt it. So I believe.

Unenforceable. What if two or more people are gathered near the whiff? What about an SBD?

Ultimately you'd get off on the basis of it being trumped up charges. I expect.

The whole idea stinks of sh1t...
  • When asked whether it could be enforced, he said it would be similar to laws banning urinating in public.

My old man once told me he'd once been chucked out of the local baths for this. I said I thought lots of people couldn't be bothered to get out and urinated in the pool, to which he replied "Not off the top diving board they don't!"
Nobody told me we had a communication problem

Well thats Malawi off my holiday destination list
Officers don't run, it's undignified and panics the men
  • a small turbine attached to the underpants, some carbon filters for aroma management and metal wires running from the turbine down the back of the legs to contacts on the soles of the feet, & fully metallic pavements and indoor floor spaces: bob's yer uncle free municipal electricity.

On bikes it could be harnessed dynamo like to power lights or you could ride with a kaiser bill style helmet contacting tram wires above all roads and paying into the grid that way.

Car drivers obviously pay it into the engine to reduce fuel required for startup and electrical usage in motion.

Guff bans is a short sighted approach, they should adopt my idea and force feed the populace sprouts.

lots of love Prof Wilf Lunn

    This is proposterous!

You could get arrested on a trumped up charge!

Has anyone ever let rip with a Malawi jail breaker? Sometimes they just have to have an early release...
