Belgium on Easter Sunday

Hi,
I'm starting a Tour de Alphabet so to speak starting in place beginning with A, then on to place beginning with B and so on all the way through the alphabet to Z. I'm starting in Asse in Belgium on Easter Sunday and hope to make it to H (Huy) by the end of day one.
What has just dawned on me is day one is Easter Sunday so will anywhere be open to eat along the way, will there be places open in Huy to have dinner etc. or should I make sure I've got enough food to take me through the day?
Plan for day 1 is:
A = Asse
B = Brussels
C = Chamont Gisteox
D= Dhuy
E = Eghezee
F = Faimees
G = Grace Hollogne
H = Huy
Day 2 will end in Luxembourg. I'm guessing most but not all places will be closed on Easter Monday?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Sean
