Workstand

It's probably been asked a million times before and I have taken a look at the Bikes and Gear section. I'm looking to buy a workstand to help with maintenance and cleaning. I'm new to road cycling and don't really have the benifit of experience. Are there any benifits to bottom bracket or stem clamping types?
Got a budget around £100 but I would spend a little more if it meant getting the right stand.
Any recommendations?

Cheers I'll take a look. Seems to be if you have a carbon frame don't go for the clamp style?0
