MET Camaleonte Helmet Sizing

They come in two sizes. I am a grown man but I do not claim to have a big head. Can anyone offer some advice in respect of sizing? Thanks.

    +1 Helmets like shoes should be properly fitted. I find that some helmets just don't suit my head shape!

    If you insist on buying untried then measure your head (as for a normal hat).

    The two sizes for that Met appear to be 52-57cm (XS - M) and 58-61cm (M-XL).

    If you take an average sized hat then your size probably fits squarely between the two helmets and the decision may be down to which helmet positions the straps better for your ears etc.
