    It's actually taught to jump like that...

    Forwards should always jump for a restart with an elbow pointing out, backs leave a leg Or knee out.

    Because you can't tackle someone in the air, the tackler should come off worse.... As demonstrated on Saturday :lol:

    i know, i used to play full back and as not the biggest guy in the world i perfected that art and a few guys came off worse :lol:
