Hi all,

I am taking part in the RAAM this year as part of a four man team (http://www.crankaddicts.co.uk). We are funding the trip ourselves but are hoping on the way through to raise some money for our three charities:
- RNLI
- British Heart Foundation
- The Oracle head and neck cancer trust

To this end we are running a speed dating event. On Wednesday 9th February, ‘Happy Hour’ at Clause Bar runs from 5pm-7pml, at 7:30pm the speed dating will begin; the usual format; girls stay put and boys get 3 minutes to impress each lucky lady before rotating seats.

Participation will cost £20 per person to include a free glass of fizz, all proceeds will go to the charities we are supporting. In order to reserve your place, please confirm attendance on facebook and we will send details of how to make payment to our charities.

We currently have a surplus of women signed up and I was wondering if anyone on here was interested in coming along, after all it is for a good cause!

If interested please PM or sign up on Facebook here:

Cheers,
Richard

(Hope i'm not breaking any forum rules, apologies if so!)

so imagine all the poor ladies there asking the question "so what do you do for fun?".

To which every guy will respond "I cycle!"

Good luck with it - sounds like a fun night out. If you're single

Can't agree, I'd happily give £20 to charity NOT to attend a speed dating event.

“New York has the haircuts, London has the trousers, but Belfast has the reason!
  • Well I was speaking to some of the ladies that are coming and they said they liked Lycra so I put one and one together!

Happily take any donations for not attendance as well!

    Cheers,
