Ok
Got another convert to the team......my 13 year old son! Just about to get him his first road bike, but I can't see many companies that do road clothing in small enough 'youth' sizes. Anyone know of any good brands/ suppliers/ shops? All I can see is Polaris, with an extremely limited range.
He is a 'small' 13 year old, more like 11-12 clothing size as he has not sprouted yet. He will, so only looking for something cheapish as he will outgrow it before he wears it out!
Any suggestions welcome.
Cheers

If you're in a club, they should be able to get kit in his size.
Failing that, I know that our club get kit for all members, some as young as 10, from Endura (our supplier). Pretty sure Impsport do it too.Start with a budget, finish with a mortgage!0 -
Don't Shutt do a youth bib and jersey?0

Foska do kids sizes, and I think some of the designs would have "youth appeal"??

Had a similar probem 18 months ago - Prendas did a few bits, but ended up getting XS bib tights and winter jackets from Parker and they fitted a treat (bargain price as well as such a small size)Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos0

+1 for Prendas.
My 13 year old Son fits XS adults. There's normally some good deals to be had in the 'obscure' sizes.0 -

Real top quality kit, like Assos or Etxe Ondo, is typically very small fitting. Get stuff marked 'small' or 'extra small' and it is more often than not childrens/youth size. There ain't no grown up who would get into Etxe Ondo XS, and maybe not S as well.0

Thanks all
I shall take a look at the suggestions.....apart from Assos etc. If he thinks he is going to have better kit than me then he has another thing coming!!!!!!!!!
