Route across the Rhinogs?

Any suggestions for a route across the Rhinogs from Coed-y-Brenin to the Harlech area?

Feels like there should be options, but maps and a couple of hours googling have let me down.

    looked at this myself and while there are a number of ridable looking bridleways and tracks these are mostly to the south of the main rhinog range, i concluded that crossing the watershed at a peak called diffwys then dropping down to Dyffryn Ardudwy then hopping on a train was the most viable way from CyB

    alternatively the mawddach trail to barmouth and train for a more leisurely ride.
