2009 reba sl 29er travel question

I have a reba sl 29er and I took out both travel spacers to try to get 120mm travel, but I'm still getting 100mm and it feels like its bottoming out. Took all the air out of pos and neg - no joy, drained both lowers oil to see if overfilled , no joy, removed the damper unit completely thinking it was overfilled and tried to get full travel with top off, still no joy. Any ideas?

So the fork doesn't extend further than before? Take all the air out as before, and put 150psi in the positive chamber only. How much exposed stanchion is there?0

I have 120mm extension but it won't compress further than 100mmDon't think, BE:0

Ah, I see.
Does sound like the usual damper leak problem, but you have checked that. Hmmm.
Strange, as you have not changed anything that would prevent full compression.
I would strip again and carefully look at the parts, making sure nothing is out of place.0
