I have made a few Upgrades from the original spec:

XT Chainset
Ritchey WCS Bars
Rock Shox Reba RLT 2011 Forks
Hope seat Clamp and Skewers
DMR V8 Pedals

Maybe some new wheels at some point. We'll see.

You need some blue brake adaptors.
