Two Charity Cycle Rides On a Fixie

This year I have decided to take part in two charity cycle rides, both on a fixed single speed to make sure I really earn the sponsorship.
The first one on 15th May is a 68mile ride around the New Forest in aid of Help For Heros
The second ride is on the 17th July & is a 58mile ride along National Cycle Route 3 from Bristol to Weston-Super-Mare in aid of The Prostate Cancer Charity.
If any of you would be kind enough to sponsor a few quid for either of these two worthy causes I'd really appreciate it.

I'm guessing both, as opposed to using a multispeed fixed hub (S-A S3X) or some non-fixed setup :-)God effort fella.
Hmm, sounds like there's a Church element to this that I hadn't appreciated...
Cheers,
W.
