Science adjusts it’s beliefs based on what’s observed.
Faith is the denial of observation so that Belief can be preserved

Difficult one this, I love the taste of lamb but the texture of beef, roast pork has the nicest trimmings(apple sauce AND crackling) and a good free range chicken is hard to beat with a nice white wine.
Gun to my head I think it has to be rib of beef, yorkshires, honey coated parsnips and my Cypriot style roast potatoes(rolled on olive oil, loads of rosemary and 20 cloves of garlic in the tin), real gravy and a Cote de Rhone to wash it down with.
  • Pork every time.

    Crackling...mmmmm

I'll have a roast pork and crackling roll everyday of the week too if I could.

Xmas turkey, cos of the sheer amount of things to have with it stuffing, red cabbage, sausages, bacon, cranberry, bread sauce, peas, carrots, sprouts, roast potatoes etc.

I always try to eat 2 in one day :)
