Hub Service Problem

Ok, I serviced my rear hub a couple of weeks ago, it was ok but after a couple of rides I noticed a little play so I though I'd tweak the cones. I removed the play but now have a problem where the freehub doesn't turn freely.
When i put the cassett back on the lockring is pushing against the dust cover (see No 5 on the tech doc link), when its tight the freehub is locked with the axel, I followed the tech doc so I'm not sure what have I've done wrong.

are you sure you have the right bit on the right side of the axle? as something just dose not look right.
is that your hub in the PDF as it is not a normal build as it has bigger and less bearings."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Yes thats my hub, it has FH-M525 VIA-M stamped on it, I followed the tech docks and did one side at a time, all the parts are there.
The dust cover just seems to sit further out than it did before0 -
Sorted, id put the dust cover from the freewheel body back in the wrong way round.
Amazing what a cup of tea and a half hour break can do.0
