where to get spare parts for shimano rear mech?

After some help please, just broke my shimano rear mech, the little bracket HAS SNAPPED OFF which holds the screw which pushes against the frame any ideas apart from my LBS where I can get one. shimano rear mech XTRRD-M952

I'd guess it's the B-tension bracket.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

You'll need to order it from a Shimano service centre, which may also be your LBS. Good luck fixing that, that part of a mech can be a bit fun to put together.It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.

It isn't that hard to do, I've done it on an old XT mech, you just need to take your time and use your brain to work out where each part fits into the next0 -
I have the same fault. I sheared off my hanger but didnt realise Id also broke off the bump stop thing on the back off the mech. Mine is the XTR rapid rise m970. Will this part fit mine too?0
