I think I'm nearly there... I might take up knitting... Please, are there any Newark based riders in need of some motivation? Car pooling to the peaks, Cannock, Dalby etc is a must. I get out with Sherwood Cycling Club from time to time too.

Did you take part in Tonyas in the last 3 years. - 20 or 37 miles off road - starting and finishing at Southwell rugby club?
This year its on the 8th May. Would you be able to help me spread the word on these forums?
