rear 180mm post mount brake adapter

bit confused on what adapter i need to run a hope tech x2 with a 180mm rotor on a frame with a 160mm rear post mount. can i use front adapter or does it have to be a special rear specific one, as i cant seem to find one anywhere :?

160mm post mounts have the same spacing so the adaptors are the same as the front."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
