I ask as my 2009 Palisades Trail frame is being replaced under warranty & they couldn't give me the same frame. Instead ive been given a Nail Trail, unsure of the year.
All I know is my frame has changed from White to black!!
Will put a couple of pics up when I pick it up, they're building it a the mo

Its definitely a different frame as my top tube used to be slightly triangular, where as now it’s quite square
Old:
New:
It may be because the new frame is newer than the old 2009 one
Anyway I asked them to fit a new rear cassette, chain & front mech, that lot cost £71 after discount as i’d bought the bike there. Plus they transferred everything over, now got new bearings, cables & it rides so smoothly0 -
palisades and nail trail are part of the same series of bikes, the name changes as the spec changes but the frame is the same. the reason yours looks different is because you have the 2011 version of that mountain hardtail in the hydro ht range.0

Thats cool, very happy with it. I would have been happy with a new frame, but a new frame of the same spec but the newest model even more happy with0
