Worn cassette or derailleur needs adjusting ?

My chain is slipping on the very smallest cog - mainly it seems if on the small chainring. How can I tell if it is a worn cassette or the derailleur needs adjusting ?

I'd guess derailleur needs adjusting. Unless you spend a lot of time on the 11 cog?
