Bikemate GPS problems?

For the last few rides ive been having problems uploading my routes onto facebook, usually after its loaded theres a neat little bikemate icon and a direct link to the route.
however what i'm getting at the moment is this....

which is a bit pants really as ive had no answer from bikemate about whats going on.
anyone else experienced this? and if so is there a way to get it back to normal?
