Fork RockShox Pike 409 U-turn problems

hi i was hoping sombody might help me shed some light on my fork problem. i havevery little compression so they go through the travel very quickly and dont rebound, they also bottom out after a few small hits. i have had no problems with the fork until now and have been very happy with the performance and not noticed the apparent heavy weight of the fork. any ideas or suggestions would be helpful

    how old? when were they last serviced?
    what pressures in the +ve and -ve champers?
