Cassette for Sun Tour XC pro micro drive

Hi,
My first post.

I have a 1992 Orange Aluminium Elite with Suntour XC Pro Mcro Drive, the cassette is 11,12,14,16,18,21,24 matched with 42,32,20 at the front.
The cassette has shed teeth from the 12, 14, 16, 18, 21 sprockets, now almost un rideable

Question
Where can I get a replacement cassette?

If no ST Micro Drive available will any other type of cassette work?

Just to make things harder I live in Jakarta, Indonesia so need to find a shop prepared to send stuff overseas.

    any 7spd cassette will do ( presuming it is a cassette and not a spin one freewheel.

    alsp just check what the max teeth the rear mech can take and dont go over that. A new chain will be needed and check the crankset rings for wear.
