last saturday did a 50 mile semi hilly ride and after 30 miles, what i assume to be IT band pain surfaces again. I don't normally get this till 60 plus miles so was a bit fed up. With my first sportive planned for May i decided i needed to find a solution quickly and all pointed towards the bikefit wedges so immediately ordered a pack of 8 and tried out last night on a 25 mile ride. What a revelation, whilst i'm not sure if they've cured the IT band problem till i get on a longer ride, the comfort in the shoe was amazing. I just wedged the left cleat and after the 25 miles my left foot was feeling perfect no hot spots almost like the shoe had been custom made for me, my right foot on the other hand was feeling like it had been used, hot spots and slight numbness on the outer edge, next run out i'm going to do the same to right cleat and if the same result it will be the best £25 spent on a performance/comfort upgrade. Has anyone else experienced this. I'm well pleased 8)

I have a couple of packs of the Le Wedges if anyone is interested. I'm looking for £15 per pack plus p&p of £2.50. The packs come boxed and include 8 wedges, instructions and various screws. They are new and unopened (theyre in a blister pack).

    PM me if youre interested.
