Good Service from Mr Crud -Thank you

I trashed my rear mud guard the other night on my way home. When using an unlit cycle route I managed to pick up a short length of fence wire in my back wheel that went round a couple of times taking the rear two sections of my Crud Race blades clean off. I untangled the thick wire from my hub and picked up what remained of my rear guard.
Despite my initial reservations, mainly due to my confusion over using postage stamps as currency! I sent off my postage stamps to Mr Crud for the appropriate spare part and received it by return.
Excellent service thank you to Alison at Crud products.

I have had the same quality service from Crud. Broke the mid section of the guard and sent off for a spare that turned up a couple of days after.

I too had great service from Mr Crud when the front guard end piece broke off!
I then went and took the guards off the bike to clean it. And then went for a ride on Sunday without remembering to put them back on.
Result: Me and the bike got thoroughly coated in mud.
Basically I am almost too stupid to live.- - - - - - - - - -
