Brake pad replacement

hi

im changing my brake pads for my avid juicy threes and im going for superstar sintered pads.

iv never changed my pads myself and saw this video on youtube of how to do it.

is it really this easy? and is it the same for my juicy threes?

    yes it really is, I haven't watched the vid, but it is like a 5 min job.

    Dunno what the vid looks like but as you don't have correct tool, push the pistons back with the old pads in, this way you won't damage them in any way.

    Make sure they are right the way back and 'sandwich' the new ones in as the instructions, then do as Fearney should have done by now and do 10x safe hard fast stops, have a quick check to see if they are working as you'd expect, if not repeat. And check the caliper alignment.
