i have even taken time to make a video so i hope you can take a look and possibly know what the noise is, you may need to turn speakers up though as the noise can barely be heard

i will also tell you what happens, well i turn the pedals, i let go, the wheel slows down obviously, and i hear a rattling sound as if there are about 5 sunflower seeds inside the rear hub, and they are making a rattling noise, i think the noise is more noticeable when riding too as i was out riding the other day and noticed a noise but did not know where it was coming from exactly

i think the rear wheel may have a slight buckle too as there is the slightest movement when spinning the wheel, unless it has something to do with that rattling noise, which i do not know what that is

please help, thank you

You need to service the rear hub if it's cup and cone and check if all the interals are in good order.

Best case - it'll just be crud in there and a regrease should suffice.
  • not sure how to do that, but i am due a service from the shop i bought it from decathlon, would they fix that in the service? or is a service like that just usually brakes and gears

    Cup and cone hub:

    Strip clean and reassemble.

If it's your first service after buying the bike then they should fix ANY problems unless it's caused by an off.

If it is the squeak I can hear then its the rubber seal on the end of your hub.Pop a drop of lube on the edge nearest the camera and it will go away.
I see this lots on our bikes.
Failing that when you take it back for its 3 month saftey check get the workshop guys to take a look.
Any issues drop me a line.

bad news RIP to old rear wheel

good news hello nice new wheel

i think the workshop dude was saying it was the bearings that had fallen out inside the hub?
