fuel ex tyre clearance

does anyone know whot is the tyre clearance on trek fuel ex's?

    I got 2.35" Nobby Nic's on atm and while I haven't taken a "true" measurement of the tyres, from what I can see theres still plenty of room on the stays. Pictures are in the link on my sig for reference.

    Dont know about the fuel ex but my remedy has 2.4" tires fitted and theres loads of room around them in the back.

    I have an '09 Ex 8. Easily clears Kenda 2.35 tyres with plenty of room for mud.

    I've a 09 Ex 8 (for sale) and I've been running Halo Choirmasters 2.35 which are a bloody big tyre and there's still plenty room - so much so I even considered a 2.4 Conti Rubber Queen.

    In contrast I dropped the Halo into my Santa Cruz Nomad yesterday and the clearance was very shallow. Glad I didn't go down the conti route!
