Rubbing brake :(

Right, I took my bike to halfords the other week because of a rubbing front hydraulic disc brake on my carrera vengeance ultimate, and they said the disc was a bit bent but they couldn't give me another one, anyway they sorted it as good as they could (still slight running). Then I ordered a new front disc from superstar, it came today, just fitted it, put it on and its was rubbing totally to one side, so I tried adjusting the qr (probably not gonna change anything) but I couldn't get it right, just took the pads out and got some dirt out then put it back in and it was still the same, I have some pictures, please help

Could well be a dirty piston sticking and not releasing properly. Have you pushed the pistons all tbe way back into the caliper to see if they are stuck?0
