CrankBrothers - Warranty

Evening,
Just some advice really, got some eggbeater 1's from CRC late december, they've basically lasted one month on tarmac tracks, showing signs of rattling, rusting and a slight bend / play on one side.
Obviously not impressed and in need of sending back on its warranty. I think i'll have to send the pedals to CrankBros directly if i'm not mistaken, CRC has no say in the matter really as a supplier? if 100% i'm sending the item back to CBro's would it have to be in america? or would there be anywhere in the UK?

your warrenty is with the seller.
Contact CRC, they may have an agreement that you send them to someone else.
BUT you should go through the company that you have the warrenty with."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
