iPhone 4 advice
Right so I've got one on order which should arrive about 11th Feb.
Anyone got any recommendations of any good apps which are must gets etc?
I've got a protective case for it and gonna get a screen protector too. I guess an in car charger is a must if my ipod touch is any indication
Any other suggestions for me please?

get cut the rope and angry birds for those epic times of boredom!
I don't tend to keep many apps as there is a lot of crap, but those 2 have stuck.
for a car charger, check amazon/ebay, I got mine for 99p iirc and it does the job.0 -

Your charger for your touch should work for your iphone.
My apps include:
MyFitnessPal - helps count calories so I can lose weight
SportyPal - tracks my runs and rides
BatteryDoctor - helps save my battery life
google - the app for loads of stuff
NavFree - free sat nav that is actually quite good
BikeHub - ride route app
StarWalk - maps the star constalations as you see them
MetOffice - for weather
Torch - turns the light on for use as a torch.+ 1001 posts reset by the cruel cruel moderators!

How accurate are the tracker apps? I've got a Garmin 205 for my bike anyway so I don't imagine as I'll need it really.0 -
Very accurate due to the Iphone having GPS built in+ 1001 posts reset by the cruel cruel moderators!

I wouldnt say very accurate but its acurate enough, i rode on saturday with my garmin on the bike and an app called Runkeeper on the phone and for 3/4s of the ride it was slighly behind the garmin on distance but ahead on pace then by the end of the ride it was ahead on distance as well...go figure :?
wasn't far off the garmin's data but was different enough to wonder which was closer 100% correct
regarding the app though, pretty good, fades out the ipod to give voice updates on intevals and can be set up to give info like when to up the pace and when to back offCrafted in Italy apparantly0 -
Redbull TV app is quite good for those moments when you want to watch people doing stupid things for stupid amounts of money0

The bluetooth on the iPhone 4 does not seem to find any other devices? It just keeps searching. Any ideas?0 -

only works with a headset if its like the 3g
ie... you cant transfer data from one phone to another.0 -
Nah its not that. It should work with my car stereo. It's just not finding anything. Definitely the phone0

Standard Honda Accord HFT set up. Think it's Pioneer who make it. The Honda site lists the iPhone 4 as a compatible phone as well.0

The iPhone 3GS, Apple's current iPhone model, can play music over a Bluetooth connection, but the Hands Free Link system in the Accord does not play music over Bluetooth. The system only allows phone features to be used.

As for the bluetooth thing. I know that my Sony head unit needs a firmware upgrade to work with an iPhone4, maybe there's a similar thing available for the Honda?0
