If it's any help (probably not :)) the bearings on my Rize are glued in place with Loctite 638 and can be easily removed by heating them with a hairdryer and tapping them out with a wooden dowel.

The main pivot cartridge bearings are a traditional press fit in the swingarm but after removing the pivot bolt, I put a big screwdriver in its place and using the handle as a drift, tapped the cartridges out with a rubber mallet.

The new bearings went back in approx 1/3 of the way using finger pressure, I used a vice and two bits of wood to ease them all the way in. The other bearings just needed a bit of a clean up and went back in with some glue.

No special tools needed in my case but maybe the procedure for your bike is on Kona's website?
