Ribble web site

:oops: I tried to order from ribble a few days ago , without success & this is what happens- order item A - goes in basket -order item B - put in basket- item A vanishes - leaving item B -check basket contents - item B vanishes - basket empty. E-mailed ribble & prompt reply saying there was nothing wrong with their site , managed to order by phone .I'm using f/fox so it's obviously something I'm doing wrong, I've registered with ribble etc. so any advice would be appreciated.I don't allow cookies to be planted without my consent & there has never been any probs. ordering from other sites.

    I've never had a problem with the Ribble site and I use Firefox.

    :oops: Most sites try to set cookies & f/fox asks for permission - yes or no so the choice is yours, but the ribble site has never put in a request , so I'm well stymied. Still the cassette & removal tool arrived today & I must say well packed with rapid service.There are possibly many cassettes & tools floating around in the ether after my previous attempts at online ordering. So if your walking down the High St. & one hits you on the head , blame me then put it on E-bay.
