Wheel Builder in North London any Suggestions?

Hi
working in London during the week and my singlespeed has tubs on it. Want to replace with set of clinchers... Punctures are less hassle to fix on clinchers...
anyway can anyone recommend a good wheel builder in North London preferably quite central ie not out in the far reaches of suburbia
