Project Rainbow Jersey has got off to a good start with two wins from Swift at the TDU.

Apart from Cav who do you see as scoring UCI points to lift GB up the table so we can field a decent sized team at the Worlds?

Me - I see Geraint, Ben and Russ at Sky banking some points. Maybe Adam Blyth and Alex Dowsett too. Wiggins - I see him as an also ran, don't get me wrong I think he is hugely talented but I just don't see him stepping onto a podium.

Wiggins will pick up some TT stage wins (or high placings). Millar should be good for some points also if his form last year is anything to go on.

Roger Hammond was the second highest scoring Brit last year (90pts). But we shall have to see what his role is in the classics this year.

Only the top five riders count and Swift's somewhat unexpected haul (82pts) will almost certainly make him one of them - which is a big bonus. Those five will need to get around 400-450 points to get in the top ten, judging by last year.
