ZTR Arch Queries

Afternoon folks,
I've just bought a Stans ZTR Arch rim to replace my buckled DT Swiss one on my Stumpy.
I have a question, the profile of the rim looks like this...
If I wanted to use tubes, I just need to buy some rim tape and off I go?
If I wanted to go tubeless, I'd need to get some of the yellow tape, a new valve and some sealant?
I'd be using my existing tyres (Rubber Queen tubeless ready)
I'd be grateful for any help, I've had a search and googled, but can't quite get my head around what I need, and what I don't.
Thanks in advance
