Reducing Rear Shock Travel

I have a Monarch 3.1 shock, and I was wondering if there was any way of reducing the travel in it (it is 152mm) or shorten the shock to slacken off the head angle. The front travel is 130mm so it is already unbalanced.

Thanks :]

bikes often have differing travel front and rear.

the 152 what is that? the i2i? the stroke (i hope not) or the rear travel?

130 front and 150 rear travel sound fine to me.

152mm is the rear travel. It's normally fine, I just went down a really steep muddy hill today with a jump half way down and I was struggling to get my weight right over the back.

I guess I want to experiment a little.
