New Reba forks - steering issue

Just fitted some new Reba RLTs to my rockhopper and I've got a issue with the steering 'feel'
Hard to describe it but feels a little dead in the centre but twitchy off centre. I had this feeling before when I tried out some really heavy tyres on the bike (before I changed the forks) and put it down to the rotating mass.
It's a 100mm fork replacing a Dart 100mm, I also changed the headset and fitted a FSA orbit XL2
LBS fitted the fork and headset (bargain for £15!) and they are really good (but away on holiday at the moment so can't ask)
Headset feels very smooth, no centring or tightness.
I haven't changed anything else, the tyres are the same (Maxis Medusa)
Any ideas please?

not enough sag?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Sag about 20%, I'm running them at 130 psi + & - as I'm about 14st, I noticed when I put load on the forks the headset friction increases noticeably (but this could be the tyre on the ground?)0
