Post Mount Brake Caliper --> IS Mount Forks

I have just aquired a set of forks that have IS mounts on them, and my avid juicy 3 brakes are Post Mount. What is required to change these from Post Mount to IS Mount? Can I buy an adaptor that will allow me attach the caliper to the fork?

the 4th, 5th and 6th option are what you need depending on rotor size, hope this helps

yes-you can get a is-pm adaptor. Depending on which adaptor you get, you may need to get a larger front rotor, but not all adaptors require this.
