Disc rotor loosening.

I seem to have a problem with the front disc rotor loosening all the time. It's a shimano rotor which came with the M575 brakes on the bike. I've tightened it as hard as I can with my hands. Is there anything else I should be doing?

It's a centre lock twisty thing. I can hand tighten it but that's it. Do I need to get a specific tool?Bianchi. There are no alternatives only compromises!

It should be torque loaded to 40 Nm which is 30 ft.lbs or 360 in. lbs to ensure a safe fit0
