29er Hardtail with geared hub - frame choice ?

I want to put together a 29er hardtail with a geared hub (probably Shimano Alfine 11, since I can't stretch to a Rohloff).
I've always had steel framed bikes and that's what I'd like this time.
I'd like an eccentric hub as I don't want to be compromised by a chain tensioning device.
The question is: what's my Frame choice? I only know of one candidate so far: http://www.singularcycles.com/swift.html
Until I'd settled on 29" wheels there was more choice in the 26" field (such as http://www.dialledbikes.com/products/mtb/love-hate.php)
Cheers,

I have a scandal 29er, it rides really well but I want a singular swift, so buy one of them so I can look at the pics
When building my scandal I thought about an alfine hub but got very mixed vibes about them, some liked but the majority complained about it being too heavy and messing with the bike's balance.Niner Air 9 Rigid
