Just off out to work again, 3 more to go, plus maybe Sunday, then another two ARGHHHHHH
Had a little something arrive yesterday, a camping mat that I won at the bike show from camping ninja, which was cool, even if I have got 2 very similar already, its always good to win summat
Hopefully my chainset will arrive up today as I have fettle time allocated for this afternoon, I may also squeeze in a run and some lifting of heavy things
anyway toodles for now

Morning chaperoonies, had a good nights sleep, until about 10 mins before my alarm goes off, No2 was screeming her head off through teething pain. poor little mite, hate to see her in pain. gave her some calpol and a cuddle but still squirming.
Got to work, spoke to my chaps, not alot going on, No Minion today so i think it will be quiet in the bunker, Got a meeting at lunch in Canary Wharf then on to the city for the afternoon before heading back here :roll:
Hopefully "my" money should be organised today and new bike shall be orderd very soon

Birthday today and i'm running the job so we'll be wrapping up an hour early this afternoon. Can't really afford to not be in tomorrow so only a few beers tonight.
Bike is almost fully prepped and ready for the first proper (ie off road) ride of the year this weekend, just need to remove a couple of links from the chain and adjust the cockpit tonight, with the help of my new bike stand. 0 -

still got a cold, still feel like poo, still working
and to top it all off, BT worked in my street yesterday and have fooked up my phone line so that my phone is now routed to nextdoor and hers is routed to my house, which in turn means i have no internet and i have some old grannies calling to speak to nicola :evil:
fookin BT, they said contractually they have 3 days to fix it!!!! do it now you useles fecks! and they kept me on hold for 22 mins, but it was next doors call as it was her line i was using , now who do i know in australia

Awesome (if a tad cold) commute in today. Had to make a concious effort to turn off the Taff Trail and head to the office.
Brought bacon sandwiches in for lunch today, but can't see them lasting till 09:00... Today's main task is going to be training my current minion to fetch coffee.
Hopefully my new tyres will arrive today, so I can fit them later. Also bought a length of waste pipe last night to fixorate the SIDs. Hopefully the decals I ordered before Christmas for them will finally turn up some time this week.

Morning y'all,
Not much to be doing today.. waiting on test results from hospital etc, to find out when I can ride again.. getting so fed up with no exercise now.
Work is meh-tastic, the dumb one in the office is being a knob as usual, but I've promised my decent colleagues that I'll refrain from sarcasm and rising to her idiocy today.. so, I'm basically going to be silent all day.
Off out for a scary drive on my own again tonight, to try to get used to being in the car on my own and manning the F up. 0 -
Morning all,
Dont normally post much, but as I'm sat in a training room in Krakow whilst one of my minions conducts training I dont have much to do other than look at bike stuff and drink coffee.
So far I have dicovered that its almost impossible to find bacon in Krakow and have a real craving for some after 3 weeks without it. Still on a good note, around 80% of the women here seem to look like supermodels and I'm off out this weekend with a mate and a couple of strippers 8) (and no I'm not paying for them)
Seems like there are some good places to ride round here, so once the snow disappears and it warms up a bit I will hopefully be able to get back onto a bike after a long break.

Training starts tonight, I weighed myself this morning and was not impressed with the extra weight I gained over the festive season.
Tonight is a run and weight session on my home gym. I am not looking forward to it as training alone can sort of suck. I'd be too afraid to join any gym in my area of Stoke, most of the women are mingers, I'd hate to have to see them in gym clothes *shudder*
I am aiming to lose between 5 to 8Kgs before the 20th of February
