Hi Guys
My SRAM X.9 shifter has broken. I promise I have nt taken it apart but returned it straight to CRC who have forwarded it to Fisher - what are my chances of getting a new one d'you reckon? Should I just order a new one and avoid 2-3 weeks of waiting?

Forks can take up to 10 working days to come back from Fisher when we send warranty stuff off, so that could be up to 16 days without.
It all depends on when CRC sent the shifter off & how busy Fishers as to how long it will take to get back to you, if it is covered under warranty.
Only Fisher can decide if it is warranty or not.
