hi all, two of my new bikes have gone to powdercoat. i need to get some graphics on them again when they return, but i think i want one pinstriped and origional style logo's on. i dont want to use transfers so airbrushing or painting seems the best way to go.

what would you guys recommend?
also, after i have done what need to be done, should i need to get it laquered to seal the paint?

Have the guys powder coated bike frames b4? The problem with paint over powder coat is you will need to scuff the frame first so the paint sticks and this will leave fine scratches these scratches are normally covered when you clear coat over the airbrushing that kind of defeats the purpose of pc. If you just airbrush without clear it will scratch away easy. Also when you pin stripe a car or something the paint etches into the other paint and it bonds together with pc the paint wont etch so it wont stick good. I am a auto painter if you have questions feel free to ask

for the logos just use transfers and then lacquer over them, it looks fine.
