Quiet chain guide roller?

The otherwise stealthy transmission on the Chucker is blighted by the clunky roller on the Truvativ chain guide.
I thought about putting a bit of inner tube on it to quieten it down but wondered if there is a better solution - a higher-spec roller maybe?
Please don't tell me they are all different diameters and bolt sizes etc :?

MRP ones tend to be a favorite to quite things down.
